Ingredients:

  • 750 ml red wine such as our Escomo Cab Blend or IOLE Sangria
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, lemon-lime soda, and brandy. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
  2. Add the sugar to the pitcher and stir until it is completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
  3. Toss in the sliced orange, lemon, lime, and mixed berries into the pitcher. These fruits will infuse the sangria with their natural flavors and add a delightful touch of freshness.
  4. Gently muddle the fruit slices with a spoon to release their juices and enhance the flavor of the sangria. This step is optional but recommended for a more vibrant taste.
  5. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the sangria chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together. For an even more intense flavor, you can refrigerate it overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled sangria over the ice.
  7. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
  8. Stir gently before sipping to distribute the fruit and flavors throughout the glass.
  9. Enjoy your homemade sangria wine mixer with friends and loved ones. Feel free to experiment with variations by adding your favorite fruits.

Note: You can also make a refreshing white wine sangria by substituting the red wine with our Escomo Chardonnay white wine. The rest of the ingredients and instructions remain the same.

Sangria is a versatile drink that’s perfect for gatherings and warm-weather occasions. Cheers to creating memorable moments with this delightful homemade sangria wine mixer!
